When you use ideas from a book, cite the author's name and page. 

If you read pages 46-50, mention which ideas you are getting from which page. You are not copying and pasting the entire 46-50 and 60. Check https://zu.libguides.com/apastyle

In your list of references, the source is listed only once because that is what you used, even when you found ideas from  its various pages. Therefore if you are required to use a certain number of references, find them and cite from them according to the ideas you are finding in them. After using them, add them to your list of references.
