Q. I'm trying to request a book from the LIWA database (from HCT) but I can't get past the login page once I submit a request.

I have to enter my ID barcode and PIN. I tried my ID number with and without the 'z', which didn't work. What is the PIN? Sorry - Have attached the login page for your info.
