Yes, the library is subscribing to the Emerald database. However, when I checked for more details about your request, I noticed that it is a PhD thesis from Bradford University and not an article. Please advise if you want the library to find out if it is possible to get a copy for you through inter library loan. It is however necessary to use your ZU email for the library to process.
