Q. How you converting books to Digital Searchable Book or E-Books?

Hi I am Shahzad from Federal National Council Abu Dhabi (http://www.almajles.gov.ae/). Actually I need some information that how you are maintaining your digital library. Is there any Software or Company doing OCR or converting books to Electronic Books?

We have our library and we want to make it online for our Parliament Members. I will appreciate if you can provide me any information.
